Innovation Attaché, Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Istanbul

Rory Nuijens works as Innovation Attaché at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Istanbul. In his work, he focuses on developing collaboration between Dutch and Turkish researchers from both universities, knowledge institutions as well as knowledge intensive companies. One of the focus areas of the Dutch Consulate General is the creation of a more livable city, where Dutch and Turkish expertise combined create solutions for smart & green mobility, climate resilience and circularity for Istanbul. He is an avid cyclist on the streets of Istanbul.
