Ndeye D. D. Gueye

Managing Director, Dakar Urban Transport Council (CETUD)

Graduate engineer from Polytech Orléans Engineering School and the Polytechnic School of Dakar, Ndeye GUEYE joined CETUD in 2018 as the chief of general and technical studies division. She is in charge of implementing all studies necessary for establishing urban mobility plans, transportation infrastructure design and PPP projects preparations. Before that, she used to work as an infrastructure project manager for a french transit operator. She intervened in major infrastructure projects such as the rehabilitation of metro stations as part of the renewal of an automatic line and the construction of operating buildings on behalf of this operator.
