Local Governance Expert, Argüden Governance Academy

He works as a Local Governance Specialist at Argüden Governance Academy. Having worked in the UK for four years in the field of citizen rights and advocacy, he later worked as Specialist and Coordinator in the European Union, Foreign Relations, Project Management and Local Development at Istanbul Special Provincial Administration and Sarıyer Municipality respectively. He also carried out various studies and prepared publications on participatory local government and development, and is experienced in sustainability and corporate social responsibility in the private sector.

Invited by international such organizations as the United Nations and OECD as a speaker for global events, İzci has undertaken the task of developing and expanding the activities of the Academy in the field of local governance and development, both nationally and globally. He is also a project advisor to the World Bank in the area of local financial governance.

Following his bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Policy at the University of London, he completed his master's degree in European Public Policy at the same University.
