Deputy Secretary General, İzmir Metropolitan Municipality

In 1995, he graduated from Gazi University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning. He has worked as an expert in the Administration of Disabled People for 11 years. He served as Deputy Mayor in Ankara Çankaya and İzmir Konak Municipality. Since May 2019, he has been working as the Deputy Secretary General of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.

In addition to his professional work, he worked as Ankara Branch Clerk Member, Head of Branch and Chamber Honor Committee Member in TMMOB Chamber of City Planners between 2002 and 2008.

His areas of interest and expertise are local governments, urban politics, urban transport, accessibility, pedestrian rights and urban planning.
