Aslı Deniz Helvacıoğlu

She is a graduate of Marmara University, Department of International Relations, and received her master's degree in Europe Union and her PhD in EU Law from the EU Institute of Marmara University. She has been engaged in studies regarding the development of innovative policies within the framework of innovation law and policies, creation of innovation strategies and structuring of innovation eco-systems. Her current work includes the protection of personal data in highly innovative eco-systems, regulations on innovative technologies, data management in smart cities, and innovation management in innovative agricultural systems.
