Ali Osman Öztürk

Rector, Hitit University

Ali Osman Ozturk has Public Administration BA and MA (Istanbul University) and PhD (North Carolina State University) degrees. He served as a faculty member School of Public and International Affairs and the program director of Leadership in the Public Sector at North Carolina State University by 2011. He joined Istanbul Commerce University and directed the leadership and entrepreneurship research and application center by mid-2014. His research has appeared in various internationally recognized journals with special focus on distance learning, new public management, leadership and entrepreneurship in the public sector. Dr. Ozturk also served as Chief Advisor and as the Public Diplomacy Coordinator of Turkish Prime Ministry between 2016 and 2018. He has been currently working as the rector of Hitit University, Çorum and contributing to Turkish Radio and Television Cooperation as a Board Member. Dr. Ozturk married with two sons.
