Omar Kadkoy is a policy analyst at the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (tepav). He works on migration, especially on the socio-economic dynamics of the forcibly displaced populations. His research focuses on the labor market integration of Syrian refugees in Turkey, Syrian entrepreneurship in Turkey as well as the Turkish policy framework regarding refugees and the evaluation of subsequent legal adjustments.
