Nihal Eminoğlu

Dr. Nihal Eminoğlu, earned her both her Masters and her PhD in Political Science from the University of Strasbourg, writing her thesis on the concept of ‘New Minorities.’ Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Gazi University in Ankara in the field of International Relations. She is currently an Assistant Professor in International Relations at Çanakkale 18 March University. Furthermore, she works in diverse fields, including Human Rights Law, European Union Law, Minority and Migration Rights, Interculturalism, as well as Multiculturalism and Integration Models. In this capacity, she has worked in positions as diverse as serving as a Member and Advisor for IGAM ( Research Centre on Asylum and Migration) in Ankara or serving as the Expert/ Turkey Coordinator for Intercultural Cities Programme of the Council of Europe.
