Lakshmi Rajendran
Senior Research Fellow in Future Cities, Anglia Ruskin University
Lakshmi Priya Rajendran is an architect and urbanist. Lakshmi has completed her PhD in Sheffield School of Architecture, University of Sheffield, UK. She is currently a Senior Research Fellow in Future Cities in the school of engineering and built environment at Anglia Ruskin University, UK. Her teaching and research interests deal with urban and cultural studies, critical social and digital media, spatial representation and practice, identity negotiations, cultural encounters in contemporary cities. She is interested in an interdisciplinary understanding of social, spatial, temporal and material practices in cities and their impacts on resilient urban futures.
